We are looking for a strategic, hands-on growth marketing who can drive Go-to-Market (GTM), execute high-impact Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, and enable our Sales teams to win in competitive enterprise markets. This role will work closely with Head of Marketing.
Role Overview
He/she will act as the bridge between Service Lines, Sales and Marketing to position PragmaEdge’s solutions effectively in the US market. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B technology services, enterprise sales cycles, and value-based messaging.
You will own positioning, GTM strategy, ABM programs and Sales enablement initiatives that directly contribute to pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Develop and execute GTM for PragmaEdge’s service offerings (Cloud, Data, AI, Enterprise Platforms, Automation).
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas (CIO, CTO, VP Engineering, Digital Transformation Leaders) and vertical-specific messaging.
- Lead launch strategies for new service capabilities, partnerships and solution accelerators.
- Align Marketing, Sales and Practice Leaders to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns for strategic US enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify high-value accounts and create personalized outreach strategies.
- Build multi-channel ABM programs (LinkedIn, paid media, webinars, executive roundtables, content syndication, email sequences).
- Measure campaign influence on pipeline, deal velocity
3. Sales Enablement
- Develop high-impact sales collateral: pitch decks, case studies, solution briefs, industry-specific messaging, battle cards, and ROI narratives.
- Create value-based storytelling frameworks for enterprise buyers.
- Conduct regular enablement sessions with Sales teams on positioning and competitive differentiation.
- Support strategic deal pursuits with customized messaging and proposal inputs.
4. Positioning & Messaging
- Craft differentiated messaging for PragmaEdge’s technology and transformation services.
- Conduct competitive analysis and win/loss analysis to refine positioning.
- Translate technical capabilities into business value for enterprise stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent messaging across website, campaigns, proposals and thought leadership.
5. Performance & Analytics
- Define KPIs for GTM and ABM initiatives (pipeline contribution, MQL-to-SQL conversion, deal acceleration).
- Track campaign performance and revenue attribution.
- Continuously optimize strategies using data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- 2- 7 years of Growth Marketing experience with US-based technology companies (B2B SaaS or IT Services preferred).
- Proven experience building and executing GTM strategies in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting US enterprise accounts.
- Strong Sales Enablement experience supporting revenue teams.
- Deep understanding of US enterprise buying cycles and consultative selling.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Services / Digital Transformation companies.
- Exposure to cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise platforms, or AI/data services.
- Experience working with global delivery teams.
- Bachelor Degree with 3 years experience
