Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing (Core Responsibility)
* Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
* Generate high-quality luxury buyer leads (not just volume)
* Continuously reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead) and improve ROAS
* A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages

2. Funnel Building & Lead Conversion
* Build and optimize complete lead funnels:
* Ad → Landing Page / Instant Form → WhatsApp → Site Visit
* Work on WhatsApp automation flows and CRM integration
* Improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-closure ratios

3. Audience Targeting & Strategy
* Identify and target:
* HNIs, NRIs, CXOs, Business Owners
* Create hyper-targeted campaigns based on:
* Location
* Income profile
* Behavior & interests
* Understand luxury buyer mindset and decision triggers

4. Creative Direction
* Guide design and content team for:
* Ad creatives (images/videos)
* Landing pages
* Hook lines & scripts
* Ensure creatives are premium, aspirational, and conversion-focused

5. Analytics & Reporting
* Track key metrics:
* CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS
* Use tools like:
* Meta Ads Manager
* Google Analytics
* CRM dashboards
* Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights

6. Website & SEO (Secondary)
* Optimize website for:
* Speed
* User experience
* Conversion
* Work on basic SEO for long-term organic growth

Key Skills Required
* Strong expertise in Meta Ads (must-have)
* Good understanding of Google Ads
* Funnel thinking (very important)
* Copywriting for ads (hooks, CTAs)
* Data analysis mindset
* Basic understanding of CRM & automation tools
* Experience in real estate / high-ticket sales marketing is a big advantage
