Role Description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience for a full-time, on-site role. This is an off-site position (no remote work). The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on Meta Ads, along with basic knowledge of Google Ads.
Key responsibilities include managing ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, improving campaign ROI, and coordinating with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads
- Understanding of campaign optimization, targeting, and performance tracking
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics is a plus
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary Details:
Salary will be ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (in hand).
