Job Responsibilities
D2C & E-commerce Operations
• Hands-on responsibility for D2C operations, including:
o Shopify configuration and ongoing hygiene
o Payment gateway integrations and checks
o Sales tracking and funnel health
• Assist in media planning and execution for D2C growth.
• Maintain clear, decision-ready analytics (traffic, CVR, CAC, ROAS).
SEO + SEM (Core, Non-Negotiable)
• Day-to-day execution and optimisation of SEO and SEM across brands.
• Keyword research, account structuring, bid management, negatives, and hygiene.
• Landing page coordination and funnel optimisation with D2C and content teams.
• Weekly performance tracking, insights, and corrective actions.
CRM & Retention
• Execution support across email, WhatsApp, and SMS CRM programs.
• Segmentation, journey setup, data pulls, and performance reporting.
• Continuous learning loops on retention, repeat, and cohort behaviour.
Non-Ecommerce Media
• Planning and execution of awareness-led display campaigns beyond pure e-commerce.
• Focus on reach, frequency, and brand impact — not just clicks.
• Exposure to programmatic buying and audience-led media planning is preferred.
Paid Social Media Marketing (SMM)
• Operational execution and targeting for paid social across Friends and Teddyy.
• Audience structuring, creatives deployment, A/B testing, and optimisation.
• Work with agencies — not behind them — on execution and outcomes.
Agency & Content Collaboration
• Active liaison with social and content agencies.
• Own briefing quality, feedback loops, and timelines.
• Share responsibility for content development and deployment.
Education Qualification & Experience Required
• 1–3 years of real execution experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on exposure to programmatic media planning and buying (DV360 / The Trade Desk), Google Ads, Meta Ads, OTT and CTV platforms is strongly preferred.
Key Skills and Attitude Required
• Comfort working hands-on with SEO tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, analytics platforms, and programmatic dashboards.
• Strong operational discipline — things don’t fall through the cracks.
• Ability to work across brands, funnels, and media types simultaneously.
• Curiosity, resilience, and comfort with pressure.
