We are looking for an experienced digital marketer (paid ads/ media buying/ performance marketing) with a proven track record of scaling DTC and e-commerce brands through data-driven marketing, high-performing creative strategies, and revenue-focused digital growth campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance marketing platforms
- Build and optimize full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness to conversion, ensuring seamless customer journey experiences
- Drive profitable brand scaling while maintaining target ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio)
- Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets of ₹30L+ with a strong focus on revenue growth and marketing efficiency
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging angles, and campaign concepts
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, funnels, and campaign structures to improve performance
- Analyze campaign metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities across channels and customer segments
- Work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, product, and growth teams to align campaigns with business objectives
- Prepare performance reports and present campaign insights, learnings, and optimization strategies to stakeholders
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and best practices in performance marketing
Requirements
- 1-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and media buying for DTC or e-commerce brands
- Proven experience scaling brands profitably with measurable growth in revenue and ROI
- Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Experience managing monthly ad spends of ₹30L+ with strategic allocation and optimization
- Strong understanding of funnel optimization, customer acquisition, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Analytics, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn data into growth strategies
- Prior experience in Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, or Jewellery brands will be strongly preferred
