Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Noida. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple online channels to promote the company’s apparel, home, and accessories sourcing solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to online inquiries in coordination with the sales and sourcing teams. The role will involve running performance-driven campaigns, tracking key metrics using web analytics tools, preparing regular reports, and recommending improvements to increase brand visibility and lead generation. The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging, maintain the company website and online profiles, and stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices relevant to B2B and global sourcing.
Qualifications
- Strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, with experience running multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and engagement tracking.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to measure campaign performance and user behavior.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to create clear and professional marketing content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic content management systems is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in apparel, textiles, manufacturing, or B2B sourcing industries is an added advantage.
