Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Banglore. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, and monitoring engagement. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance using web analytics tools, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing across major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar) to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with basic SEO/SEM concepts, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in recruitment or professional services marketing is a plus.
