Digital Marketing Specialist – Luxury Interiors & E-commerce (Minose)About MinoseMinose is a premium interiors and sourcing company catering to high-net-worth individuals in India. We specialize in luxury 3D design, curated furniture, décor, kitchens, wardrobes, and end-to-end execution, sourcing high-end products from global manufacturers (especially China).
We are building a design-led, digital-first luxury brand, and are now launching our e-commerce platform (minose.studio) to showcase curated collections.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-impact Digital Marketing Specialist (3–4 years experience) who can build Minose into a premium luxury brand online and generate qualified HNI leads.
This is not a routine posting role — we want someone who understands luxury storytelling, aesthetics, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media & Brand Positioning- Own and manage Minose’s presence across:
- Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube (if relevant)
- Build a luxury, aspirational brand identity
- Create and execute content strategy:
- High-end interiors
- Before/after transformations
- 3D design walkthroughs
- Product storytelling (furniture, lights, kitchens)
- Maintain visual consistency aligned with global luxury brands (e.g., Fendi Casa, Boca do Lobo style)
2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation- Run and optimize paid campaigns:
- Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook)
- Google Ads (Search + Display)
- Generate high-quality leads (not volume-based junk leads)
- Improve cost per qualified lead (CPQL)
- Design funnels:
- Ad → Landing page → Consultation booking
3. SEO & Website Growth (Critical)- Build and execute SEO strategy for:
- minose.studio (e-commerce + brand site)
- Improve:
- Organic traffic
- Keyword rankings (luxury interiors, imported furniture, etc.)
- Work on:
- On-page SEO (product pages, blogs, collections)
- Technical SEO (site speed, structure)
- Content SEO (blogs, guides, landing pages)
4. Content Strategy & Execution- Plan monthly content calendar
- Coordinate with:
- Designers
- Founders
- External creatives (if needed)
- Ensure content reflects:
- Luxury
- Exclusivity
- Craftsmanship
- Drive video-first content strategy (Reels, walkthroughs)
5. E-commerce Marketing- Support launch and growth of Minose e-commerce platform
- Optimize:
- Product listings
- Conversion rates
- User journey
- Run campaigns for:
- Collections (Beds, Dining, Lights, etc.)
- Seasonal drops / curated edits
6. Analytics & Reporting- Track and report:
- Lead quality
- Campaign ROI
- Website traffic & conversions
- Use tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Ads Manager
- Search Console
Ideal Candidate Profile- 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Prior experience in one or more:
- Interiors / Architecture / Luxury / Lifestyle brands
- E-commerce (preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Instagram growth & luxury positioning
- Paid ads (Meta + Google)
- SEO fundamentals
- Good aesthetic sense (VERY important for this role)
- Ability to think like a brand builder, not just an executor
