🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
About the Role:
MantraCare is looking for a highly motivated Senior Digital Marketing Executive who can drive digital growth, manage marketing campaigns, and lead a team effectively. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, SMO, Paid Advertising, and Digital Marketing Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic
✅ Manage SMO activities across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms
✅ Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns
✅ Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI
✅ Lead and manage the digital marketing team to achieve business goals
✅ Coordinate with content, design, and development teams
✅ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
✅ Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
Requirements:
✔ 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
✔ Strong expertise in SEO, SMO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Performance Marketing
✔ Experience in managing and mentoring a team
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing tools
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results
