We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist (5+ Years of Experience)
Location: Chennai (On-site)
Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM / 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

GTMVerse, part of MathiVerse, is a growth marketing and go-to-market (GTM) partner for ambitious B2B SaaS companies. We help businesses scale through performance marketing, demand generation, content marketing, analytics, and marketing operations.
We're looking for someone who has:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
• Mandatory: Experience in B2B SaaS Marketing or a Digital Marketing Agency managing US & UK-based B2B clients
• Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and Google Search Console
• Strong understanding of Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, Lead Generation, CRO, Attribution, and Marketing Analytics
• Experience with reporting tools like Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets (HubSpot Reporting & Supermetrics are a plus)
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and client management skills
What You'll Do
• Own and optimise end-to-end paid marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms
• Build and execute demand generation and lead generation strategies
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise ROI using data-driven insights
• Create dashboards and present campaign performance to stakeholders and clients
• Collaborate with content, design, product marketing, and sales teams
• Work directly with global clients across the US & UK and drive measurable business growth
