About the Role
LMTEQ is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead a team who was having experience in content-driven marketing, demand generation, and brand growth for IT services and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce.
This role blends marketing leadership, strong technical content expertise, strategic planning & forecasting, and performance marketing execution. The ideal candidate will lead the marketing team, build scalable marketing systems, and drive measurable pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Marketing Leadership & Strategic Planning
- Lead and mentor the marketing team (content, digital, design).
- Build and execute:
- Monthly marketing execution plans
- Quarterly campaign roadmaps
- Annual marketing strategy & forecasting
- Define lead generation targets aligned with revenue goals.
- Plan marketing budgets and forecast ROI contribution.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing with pipeline objectives.
2️⃣ Content Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute a high-impact B2B technical content strategy.
- Create and oversee development of:
- Blogs
- Case studies
- Whitepapers
- E-books
- Landing pages
- Website content
- Ensure content supports thought leadership, demand generation, and SEO growth.
- Maintain consistent enterprise-level brand positioning.
- Repurpose and optimize content for LinkedIn and campaign funnels
3️⃣ Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and manage LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Execute audience targeting, A/B testing, ad optimization, and budget allocation.
- Track CPL, MQL, SQL, and campaign ROI.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Support inbound marketing initiatives across websites and LinkedIn.
4️⃣ SEO, Website & UI/UX Optimization
- Perform keyword research (primary, secondary, tertiary).
- Implement on-page SEO and search intent mapping.
- Optimize website performance for traffic and lead conversion.
- Work closely with WordPress developers on:
- Landing page creation
- Conversion rate optimization
- Site structure improvements
- Apply strong understanding of UI/UX principles to enhance user journey and engagement.
5️⃣ Reporting, Analytics & Forecasting
- Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
- Prepare and present:
- Monthly marketing performance reports
- Quarterly growth & lead reports
- Annual marketing and forecasting reports
- Analyze content performance, SEO metrics, campaign ROI, and funnel effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategy.
6️⃣ Research, Innovation & AI Enablement
- Conduct research on IT services and enterprise digital transformation trends.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, etc.) to accelerate content production while ensuring originality and quality.
- Explore new marketing tools, automation platforms, and campaign formats.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B Marketing / Technical Content / Demand Generation.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a marketing team.
- Strong technical content writing expertise.
- Hands-on exposure to LinkedIn Ads and Google Campaigns.
- Experience in marketing planning, forecasting, and ROI tracking.
- Basic understanding of WordPress CMS.
- Basic to intermediate SEO and UI/UX expertise.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in IT services or enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce).
- Exposure to digital transformation marketing.
- Understanding of marketing funnel metrics and pipeline contribution.
- Experience collaborating directly with sales and leadership teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
