Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru South. Responsibilities include strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and user engagement. The specialist will manage social media platforms, perform web analytics, optimize content for digital channels, and execute online marketing initiatives. Collaboration with internal teams and continuous monitoring and enhancement of campaign performance will also be essential tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Digital Marketing, SEO, Online Marketing, and Web Analytics
- Experience in Social Media Marketing with the ability to handle multiple platforms
- Excellent Communication skills to craft effective content and coordinate across teams
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities for optimizing campaigns and identifying trends
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments is a plus
- Familiarity with HR Tech or financial products is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred:
