Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in the Pune Division. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic and sales for Karuka’s handcrafted product lines. Responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and running paid campaigns across relevant platforms. The role also involves monitoring performance through web analytics tools, generating reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. The specialist will collaborate closely with design, product, and community teams to ensure consistent messaging that reflects Karuka’s mission of authenticity, empowerment, and social impact.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community engagement, and campaign management.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta insights) to track, interpret, and optimize performance data.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Relevant experience in e-commerce, D2C brands, or impact-driven organizations is highly desirable.
- Comfort working on-site in the Pune Division and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with basic design or content tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo/video editing) is a plus.
