Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to work on-site at our location in Ponnani. In this role, you will create and execute digital marketing campaigns, analyze online metrics using web analytics tools, and manage social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement. You will collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies, optimize campaigns, and measure performance to achieve marketing goals. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Web Analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and campaign management
- Ability to stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and adapt strategies accordingly
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
