Job details:
· Execute and optimize paid lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance platforms to drive MQLs, reduce CPL, and improve CAC and ROI.
· Manage daily campaign operations including setup, targeting, budget allocation, pacing, and continuous performance tuning.
· Design and implement structured experimentation plans—testing ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and CTAs—to improve conversion rates.
· Analyze funnel performance data to identify drop-off points and implement improvements that boost lead conversion.
· Build and refine B2B lead acquisition funnels to ensure high-quality traffic converts into inquiries, trials, and qualified leads.
· Collaborate with Sales to ensure lead quality, follow-up alignment, and measurable pipeline contribution.
· Partner with Content and Design teams to develop high-converting ad copy, creatives, and landing page experiences.
· Maintain rigorous QA standards to ensure campaign accuracy, consistency, and performance integrity.
