Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute online marketing campaigns that promote HRM Exports’ premium rice products and brand story. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing social media strategies, optimizing digital channels, monitoring web analytics, and coordinating content for websites and online platforms. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taraori , Karnal district, requiring regular presence at the office to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing for campaign planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Social Media Marketing for managing brand presence and engagement across platforms.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Web Analytics for tracking performance, interpreting data, and optimizing campaigns.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for creating clear messaging and collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Relevant experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation is beneficial.
- Familiarity with agricultural or food export industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Karnal district, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving digital trends is required.
