Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that promote HAIR RAP BY YOYO’s services, brand identity, and client experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating engaging content, coordinating online promotions, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across digital platforms. The role also involves monitoring web and social media analytics, optimizing campaigns for reach and engagement, and collaborating with salon staff to highlight trends, offers, and client stories. The specialist will stay updated on industry and digital marketing trends, supporting overall business growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to plan, execute, track, and optimize campaigns.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear writing, visual storytelling, and collaborative communication with team members.
- Experience with content creation tools, basic graphic design, or video editing is beneficial.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid advertising campaigns, and email marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare performance reports, and make recommendations based on insights.
- Prior experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
