About the RoleGlopbe is looking for a performance driven Digital Marketing Executive who thinks beyond clicks and impressions and focuses on generating qualified leads, building pipeline, and driving measurable business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ABM strategies, along with a solid understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute result-oriented digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Plan, manage, and optimize SEO campaigns to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
- Create and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value prospects.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on data and ROI.
- Analyze marketing performance using GA4, SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant tools.
- Track key metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align marketing campaigns with lead generation and business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Prior experience in the IT Services / IT industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ABM strategies.
- Experience with GA4, SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Good communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
