Role Description Globe Guide Travel & Tourism is hiring a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist in Moonniyur, Malappuram, to drive online growth, enhance website traffic, and generate high-quality leads. In this versatile role, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns while managing social media channels, tracking performance analytics, and utilizing your strong video presentation and travel content creation skills to confidently anchor engaging promotional videos and reels. Additionally, you will handle hands-on tele-calling and operations, directly reaching out to prospects to follow up on leads, managing day-to-day booking tasks for flights, visas, holiday packages, and Umrah services, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure seamless customer service and consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Alternative: Equivalent practical industry experience is also highly valued.
- Core Marketing: Strong expertise in overall Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.
- Campaigns: Experience planning and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Social Media: Hands-on experience in end-to-end Social Media Marketing.
- Strategy: Proven track record in content planning and community management.
- Ad Optimization: Ability to run, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns.
- Analytics: Proficiency in Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Reporting: Skill in tracking, measuring, and reporting overall campaign performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for brand messaging.
- On-Camera Presence: Strong video presentation skills with absolute camera-facing ability.
- Content Creation: Expertise in travel content making, scripting, and storytelling.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with travel, tourism, or hospitality marketing (preferred).
- Technical Basics: Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Tele-calling: Strong phone communication skills for lead follow-up and sales.
- Operations: Ability to handle day-to-day travel bookings and operational tasks.
