About the Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, drive engagement, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytics, and client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
* Execute and optimize digital campaigns including paid ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, CRM, and ORM
* Develop and manage content calendars with timely execution
* Monitor market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
* Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and lead generation
* Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and copy
* Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
* Create and deliver impactful pitch presentations
* Drive lead generation and conversion strategies
* Handle client servicing and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
* Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
* Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing
* Strong communication and content writing skills
* Experience in client servicing and stakeholder management
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
* Familiarity with influencer marketing and campaign execution
