About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive specializing in SEO, Automation, and Analytics to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess 5–7 years of proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive organic growth, enhance website performance, and generate quality leads within the IT services sector. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of search engine optimization, automation workflows, and data analytics to optimize our online presence effectively. The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable results in our digital campaigns.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO, automation, and analytics.
- Deep expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
- Proficiency with SEO automation tools and workflows to streamline operations.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and dashboard creation using Looker Studio or Excel.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience in B2B marketing or IT services industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with content, design, and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and content optimization.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and site structure to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, identify issues, and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adapt SEO strategies accordingly to maintain and improve rankings.
- Implement and manage SEO automation tools and workflows to increase efficiency, including rank tracking, site audits, and reporting processes.
- Develop and automate data collection and analysis processes using scripts or tools to facilitate large-scale SEO operations.
- Manage and optimize Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager setups to track user behavior, conversions, and traffic sources accurately.
- Design and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio or Excel to visualize key performance metrics and trends.
- Analyze funnel performance, identify drop-offs, and recommend improvements to enhance lead conversion rates.
- Monitor and improve organic lead generation efforts, focusing on underperforming pages and landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Support paid advertising campaigns by monitoring performance, providing insights for optimization, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and SEO team members to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies.
