About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team, who will also contribute to high-quality content creation without the use of AI tools. This role is not a traditional administrative position; it is an integrated position designed to develop strategic thinking, industry expertise, and content mastery. The successful candidate will start by providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, email correspondence, and coordination of client meetings and projects. Simultaneously, you will be responsible for producing 1-2 well-researched, technical blog posts daily, following Perfect Clicks' internal frameworks and standards.
Writing is a foundational activity in this role, enabling you to learn industry intricacies, understand client needs, and develop analytical skills. As you progress, you will transition from task execution to strategic ownership—analyzing content performance, contributing to content strategy, and understanding long-term client goals. The role offers a clear growth trajectory from execution to leadership, with opportunities to manage projects, guide team members, and participate in high-level client discussions. This structured development path aims to cultivate long-term thinkers who can evolve into strategic leaders within 6 months to 3 years, based on performance and ownership.
Qualifications
- Excellent command of English, including superior writing, grammar, and communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant, content writing, or related role.
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear, structured content.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a remote team.
- A positive, accountable, and growth-oriented mindset committed to continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, emails, and scheduling.
- Coordinate client meetings, content workflows, and key digital marketing projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Write 1–2 high-quality blog posts daily, adhering strictly to internal frameworks and standards, without AI assistance.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, user-focused, and SEO-optimized content.
- Conduct comprehensive SEO keyword research and analysis to inform content strategy.
- Refine and update content based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving client needs.
- Maintain proactive communication with a remote team working US hours, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Contribute to the development of long-term content strategies and create detailed SEO presentations and reports for client meetings.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development initiatives to enhance content quality and strategic understanding.
