About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of our customer acquisition efforts from end to end. This full-time remote contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founder in a lean, fast-paced environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling paid channels, developing innovative creative systems, and continuously refining performance through disciplined testing and iteration. This role demands a proactive mindset, high accountability, and a strategic approach to digital marketing, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing, specifically with a focus on acquisition for eCommerce brands. Strong expertise in managing advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok is essential. Experience in running app campaigns, including installs and in-app events, is highly desirable. Familiarity with Amazon marketing is a plus. The candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to scale acquisition efforts while maintaining cost per acquisition (CAC) targets. A deep understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, along with proficiency in tracking setup, troubleshooting pixels, and attribution, is required. The ideal candidate will also have a strong creative instinct, experience managing high-volume creative workflows, and the ability to operate independently within a lean environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire acquisition performance process across paid and organic channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, Google (Search and YouTube), and TikTok, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Manage and scale app campaigns aimed at increasing installs and in-app engagement, continuously improving performance metrics.
- Develop and grow organic social channels, maintaining a focus on performance, consistency, and audience engagement.
- Handle campaign setup, budgeting, optimization, and ongoing performance tracking to maximize ROI.
- Lead the creative process from sourcing ideas and briefing to execution, testing, and refinement, building a robust creative testing pipeline aligned with platform algorithms.
- Implement a data-driven approach by pulling insights from Google Analytics and Search Console to understand user behavior and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Ensure accurate tracking and measurement by managing pixels, events, and attribution setups, proactively troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Manage advertising budgets with a focus on efficiency, contribution to profit and loss (P&L), and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with the founder to prioritize initiatives, monitor performance, and refine growth strategies.
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive and innovative.
Benefits
