About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Functions & Business Support team in Bangalore. This full-time, hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will partner closely with our Marketing Business Partners to develop strategic paid media plans that align with business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, executing, and refining multi-channel campaigns on search engines and social media platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. You will be instrumental in conducting audience and keyword research, creating compelling ad content, and continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. Additionally, you will oversee bid management, budget allocation, and performance reporting, ensuring that campaigns meet their KPIs and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, complemented by over three years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Proven expertise in managing large media budgets across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta is essential. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of audience segmentation, keyword strategies, and advanced bidding methodologies. Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other PPC platforms are highly desirable. Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is required for effective campaign measurement. Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI are necessary for reporting and analysis. The candidate must demonstrate a solid grasp of KPIs including CPA, CPC, CTR, and Conversion Rate, along with attribution modeling. Excellent communication skills, the ability to interpret complex datasets, and a proven track record of ROI-driven campaign optimization are critical. Experience in B2B marketing, especially Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and familiarity with international markets, particularly Asia, Middle East, or Europe, will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing Business Partners to design and implement multi-platform paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and audience insights.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword and audience research to build targeted campaigns on search engines and social media channels, regularly reviewing and refining targeting parameters.
  • Create engaging ad copy and visual assets in collaboration with Creative Publishing and Social Media teams for platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and display networks.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad variations to optimize engagement, click-through rates, and conversions, continuously refining creative assets based on performance data.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across search, social, and display platforms, ensuring precise targeting, strategic bidding, and effective ad placements.
  • Work with SEO and Content teams to develop and advise on landing pages that support campaign objectives and enhance user experience.
  • Manage bids and allocate budgets effectively across platforms to maximize ROI, monitoring campaign pacing and reallocating funds to high-performing initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and engagement levels, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
  • Share industry trends, platform updates, and best practices with the team to foster continuous learning and campaign innovation.
