About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Content Specialist to join our expanding marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance Frenus' digital presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Beehiiv, and our Webflow blog. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, conducting in-depth research, and supporting community engagement initiatives. You will work closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Varun Mehta, and collaborate with various teams to ensure our content strategy aligns with business objectives. Your work will directly influence how Frenus is perceived in the industry, helping us build a robust online community and establish thought leadership in our focus sectors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with LinkedIn content creation, community engagement, or digital outreach within a B2B environment.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva, and Beehiiv, with an understanding of their strategic applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing high-volume content production, including multiple newsletter editions per week.
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and audience engagement.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to adapt tone for a European B2B audience.
- A creative content mindset with an eye for detail, formatting, and visual presentation.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate transparency, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze high-impact LinkedIn posts from target customer profiles across key topics such as B2B Marketing, Smart Manufacturing, Next-Gen Vehicles, and PE & M&A.
- Research, structure, and support the publication of 15 bi-weekly newsletter editions across LinkedIn and Beehiiv, ensuring content is structured, visually appealing, and valuable to the audience.
- Draft and publish concise, optimized articles for the Webflow blog that summarize newsletter content and highlight key insights.
- Monitor emerging trends within B2B technology, digitalization, and consulting sectors to inform content strategy and ensure relevance.
- Support the creation of engaging LinkedIn posts, comments, and community interactions to foster a vibrant online presence.
- Assist in organizing and promoting online events such as webinars and roundtables, integrating them into the overall content calendar.
- Collaborate with team members to refine content strategies, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve engagement metrics.
