About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Content & Community Specialist to join our expanding marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Varun, as well as other team members and management, to develop and amplify Frenus' digital presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Beehiiv, and Webflow. Your primary responsibility will be to produce high-quality, research-driven content that resonates with our target audience and positions Frenus as a thought leader in the B2B tech and digitalization sectors. This position offers an excellent opportunity to influence our brand narrative, engage with industry communities, and contribute to our content strategy's growth and success.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field, with proven experience using LinkedIn for professional engagement. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva, and Beehiiv is essential. You should be highly organized, capable of managing a high volume of content output—specifically, producing around 15 newsletter editions weekly across multiple verticals—while maintaining quality and consistency. Exceptional written and spoken English skills are mandatory, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages tailored to a European B2B audience. A proactive, transparent team player attitude and a passion for continuous learning and experimentation are also key attributes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze high-performing LinkedIn posts from our ideal customer profiles across core topics such as B2B Marketing, Smart Manufacturing, Next-Gen Vehicles, and PE & M&A to surface trends and insights.
- Research, structure, and support the publication of 15 bi-weekly newsletter editions across LinkedIn, Beehiiv, and our Webflow blog, ensuring content is structured, visually appealing, and valuable to our audience.
- Draft and manage engaging Beehiiv newsletter editions, incorporating visuals and ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Write and publish concise, optimized summary articles on our Webflow website that complement newsletter content and enhance our online presence.
- Monitor emerging trends within B2B technology, digitalization, and consulting sectors to keep our content relevant and insightful, distinguishing between noise and meaningful developments.
- Support social media engagement efforts by crafting posts, responding to comments, and fostering community interactions based on best practices.
- Assist in organizing and promoting online events such as webinars and roundtables, integrating them into the overall content calendar to maximize outreach and engagement.
