About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Content & Community Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape Frenus' digital presence through high-quality content creation, research, and community engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Varun Mehta, and collaborate with various teams to develop and execute a content strategy that resonates with our target audience. Your primary responsibility will be to research, craft, and manage content across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Beehiiv, and our Webflow blog, ensuring consistency, relevance, and engagement. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for B2B topics, a keen eye for detail, and a strategic mindset to support our brand growth and community building efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with LinkedIn content creation, community engagement, or outreach in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva, and Beehiiv, understanding their applications and limitations.
- Ability to manage high-volume content production, maintaining quality and consistency, with experience producing multiple newsletters or articles weekly.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages suited to a European B2B audience.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently within a remote team structure.
- Experience with trend monitoring and research in digitalization, B2B tech, or consulting sectors is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze high-impact LinkedIn posts from our ideal customer profiles across key topics such as B2B Marketing, Smart Manufacturing, Next-Gen Vehicles, and PE & M&A.
- Surface trends, insights, and popular content to inform our newsletter and social media strategies.
- Research, structure, and support the publishing of 15 bi-weekly newsletter editions across LinkedIn and Beehiiv, ensuring content is engaging, valuable, and aligned with our target audience.
- Draft, manage, and refine newsletter editions, incorporating visual elements and ensuring consistency across all communications.
- Create summary articles for each newsletter edition on our Webflow blog, maintaining clarity, conciseness, and SEO best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and developments within B2B technology, digitalization, and consulting sectors to keep our content relevant and insightful.
- Support community engagement efforts by crafting LinkedIn posts, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Assist in organizing and promoting online events such as webinars and roundtables, integrating them into the content calendar to maximize reach and impact.
