About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing & AI Course Development Associate. In this role, you will work closely with the founding team to enhance our AI courses, create educational content, and contribute to our digital marketing efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include developing engaging learning resources, writing insightful blogs and articles on AI topics, and executing digital marketing experiments to grow our community. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of AI education, product development, and marketing experimentation. You will be instrumental in helping us expand our reach and impact in the AI education space, particularly focusing on Agentic AI and related domains.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess a strong foundational understanding of programming or software development, with a keen interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Strong logical reasoning skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a curiosity about AI are essential. Candidates should be comfortable learning new AI tools and technologies, and demonstrate a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and innovation. A background in programming, software engineering, or related fields will be highly advantageous for this role.
Responsibilities
- Assist in improving and updating existing AI courses to ensure content relevance and engagement.
- Create high-quality educational resources, including tutorials, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Develop and publish blogs, articles, and other written content to promote AI concepts and our programs.
- Conduct digital marketing experiments to identify effective strategies for community growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with the founding team to brainstorm and implement new program ideas related to AI and automation.
- Support community-building initiatives, including managing online forums, webinars, and social media channels.
- Monitor industry developments and incorporate relevant trends into course content and marketing strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, providing insights and feedback to refine product offerings and outreach efforts.
