π― Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can execute, experiment, and scale across paid, organic, and content channels.
This role is not just strategy β it is hands-on execution + iteration + performance tracking.
π₯ Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing (Core)
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Instagram, Facebook)
- Manage budgets, bids, creatives, and targeting
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Optimize for CPC, CTR, CAC, and conversions
2. SEO & Organic Growth
- Work with content & product teams to:
- Optimize pages for search (on-page SEO)
- Improve keyword targeting & internal linking
- Identify high-intent keywords for service discovery
- Track rankings, impressions, and traffic growth
3. Content & Creative Coordination
- Collaborate on:
- Instagram reels / short-form video campaigns
- Ad creatives (static + video)
- Work with designers, reel creators, and agencies
- Ensure consistent brand tone & messaging
4. Funnel & Analytics
- Track full funnel:
- Impression β Click β Visit β Action
- Use tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Ads dashboards
- Identify drop-offs and suggest improvements
5. Experimentation & Growth
- Run weekly experiments across:
- Channels
- Creatives
- Landing pages
- Explore new channels:
- Influencer marketing
- Local targeting strategies
- Community-driven growth
π§ What Weβre Looking ForMust-Have
- 2β5 years in digital marketing (startup or agency preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Good understanding of:
- SEO basics
- Funnels & analytics
- Ability to execute independently
Good to Have
- Experience with:
- Local services / marketplace / consumer apps
- Influencer campaigns
- Video-first content (Reels/Shorts)
- Familiarity with tools like:
- GA4, GTM
- Canva / basic creative tools
- Understanding of Indian audience behavior
