Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Marketplace Growth) to lead early-stage growth for the platform.
This role focuses on vendor acquisition, marketplace growth, and demand generation. You will work directly with the founding team to design and execute marketing experiments that help us acquire and activate service vendors and customers.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys building growth engines from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Acquisition
Design and execute campaigns to acquire service professionals such as technicians, electricians, and appliance repair vendors.
Build growth funnels for vendor onboarding and activation.
Experiment with multiple acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and local communities.
Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
Monitor key metrics such as cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
Growth Experiments
Identify new growth channels including referral programs, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.
Work with product and engineering teams to improve conversion and onboarding experience.
Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights.
Brand and Messaging
Help refine messaging for vendors and customers.
Develop marketing assets including ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign concepts.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years experience in marketing, growth, or performance marketing.
Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.
Ability to run structured experiments and interpret results.
Experience working with marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or consumer internet products is a plus.
