Digital Marketer — E-commerce & Real Estate (Gurugram local preferred)
Location: Gurugram (on-site) · Type: Full-time, 5 days/week · Experience: 2–4 years
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketer to manage online marketing and e-commerce operations across a growing portfolio of ventures spanning e-commerce and real estate. This is a broad, execution-focused role for someone who can run ad campaigns, manage product listings, and produce AI-assisted content — and who is genuinely eager to learn and grow with the business.
You will work directly with the founder, so ownership, reliability, and a self-starter attitude matter as much as skills.
What You'll Do
Manage product postings, listings, and catalog operations on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms
Support product-listing promotions and track e-commerce analytics (traffic, conversions, ad performance) on our website and marketplaces
Plan and run online ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
Run targeted real estate ad campaigns and generate/manage leads
Create and send curated WhatsApp promotions and manage WhatsApp marketing
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
Produce YouTube videos for our marketing channel using AI tools — scripting, editing, and publishing
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, HeyGen, and similar) to create content, videos, and creatives efficiently
Track, report, and optimize campaign performance against clear targets
What You Need
2–4 years of proven, hands-on experience in digital marketing (please be ready to show real campaign results)
A recognized certification in digital marketing
Practical experience running Google, Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email campaigns
Working knowledge of Amazon / e-commerce listing management and analytics
Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, HeyGen) for content and video creation
Based in Gurugram and owns a personal two-wheeler for local travel
Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a genuine eagerness to learn
Terms & Requirements
5-day working week, on-site in Gurugram
Full-time, exclusive commitment — no dual employment or freelance/moonlighting of any kind is permitted
