We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist (3–4 Years Experience)
📍 Location: Mohali | 🕒 Type: Full-time
At Encaptechno, we help businesses transform through cutting-edge IT solutions. We’re now looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who’s ready to take complete ownership of our digital presence and drive growth from strategy to execution.
✨ What You’ll Do
-Build and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and generate qualified leads
-Create impactful content — blogs, case studies, website copy, and newsletters — optimized for SEO
-Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
-Run email nurture campaigns to engage prospects and customers.
-Client Interaction to understand their Marketing Requirements.
-Track performance using Google Analytics and deliver actionable insights
-Manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
🎯 What We’re Looking For
-3–4 years of experience in digital marketing (B2B/IT services preferred)
-Strong expertise in SEO, analytics, and social media marketing
-Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
-Experience with Zoho tools (Campaigns, Social, CRM) is a plus
-A self-starter who thrives in ownership-driven, fast-moving environments
