Job Summary:- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing professional to lead our online marketing initiatives, drive brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, campaign strategy, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI, CPL, and conversions
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and traffic
- Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and brand positioning
- Handle budget planning and allocation for digital campaigns
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies
- Track analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
- Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and competitor strategies
Requirements:- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4–8+ years of proven experience in digital marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing
- Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
