Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, develop and execute online strategies, and monitor performance using web analytics tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include social media management, reporting, audience engagement, and collaboration with the creative and technical teams to drive digital success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing strategies
- Understanding and practical experience with Web Analytics tools for tracking campaign performance
- Strong Communication skills to effectively convey messaging and collaborate with team members and clients
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM practices and lead generation techniques
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively within a hybrid work structure
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in digital tools, automation, or AI technologies is an added advantage
