Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will primarily focus on lead generation and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, paid campaigns, and conversion optimization, with a strong focus on driving high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital channels.
● Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
● Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive qualified leads.
● Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL (Cost per Lead), ROI, and conversions.
● Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
● Create and manage landing pages in collaboration with design/tech teams to improve conversion rates.
● Run A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
● Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platforms.
● Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and alignment with business goals.
● Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and paid media.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
● Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory).
● Proven track record in lead generation campaigns.
● Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking setup.
● Understanding of funnel optimization and user journey.
● Basic knowledge of SEO and social media ads is a plus.
● Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
● Excellent communication and coordination skills.
