Role Description
As our Digital Marketing SME, you will be the bridge between client ambitions and technical reality. You will serve as the primary Project Manager for all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring that our "Maanvi Digitals" wing operates with precision, innovation, and scale.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Ownership: Lead projects from initial requirement gathering and client discovery sessions to final high-quality delivery.
- Strategic Architecture: Decide on the ideal MarTech stack (SEO tools, CRM, Analytics, AI-content engines) for diverse client needs.
- Client Coordination: Act as the technical and strategic point of contact, managing expectations and presenting data-driven results.
- Development & Quality Review: Work closely with our dev teams to ensure landing pages, funnels, and tracking codes are flawlessly implemented.
- Team Mentorship: Conduct training sessions to upskill the team on the latest digital trends, AI tools, and platform algorithms.
- Growth Ownership: You don't just manage tasks; you own the outcome. You are responsible for the growth metrics of both our clients and DhruvTech’s internal brand.
What We’re Looking For- The Experience: 3+ years in a fast-paced digital marketing environment (Agency experience is a huge plus).
- The Brain: Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Growth, and Automation.
- The Tech: Familiarity with how marketing intersects with code (GTM, Pixels, API conversions).
- The Leadership: A "Product Owner" mindset. You don't wait for instructions; you create the roadmap.
