Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Kozhikode. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Daily responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics to inform strategy. The role also involves collaborating with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive digital marketing initiatives and consistent messaging. The specialist will stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to recommend improvements and new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and managing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and engaging external audiences.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing is highly beneficial.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Experience in Client handling
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
