About the Role
We are looking for a creative, performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a passion for digital trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage lead generation campaigns and optimize cost per lead (CPL)
- Develop and execute SEO & SEM strategies
- Handle social media marketing and content planning
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools
- Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
- Coordinate with designers and content team for creatives and ad copies
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Basic understanding of SEO and website optimisation
- Ability to manage budgets and improve ROI
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- Basic understanding of Canva or creative tools
- Experience in event marketing or community campaigns (preferred)
