🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of experience who can plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Generate high-quality leads through paid and organic channels
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI, CPC, CPL, and conversions
Manage SEO activities including on-page and off-page optimization
Handle social media marketing and content planning
Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics
Create reports and share actionable insights with the team
Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
Strong experience in Performance Marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and Lead Generation strategies
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platforms
Knowledge of keyword research, campaign optimization, and A/B testing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and reporting skills
