We’re Hiring: Performance Marketer (Meta + Google Ads) | 2+ Years Experience | Indore
We’re on the lookout for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in both Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to join our team in Indore.
If you’re someone who loves scaling campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving real business results — this role is for you.
Role Overview:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Proven track record of improving ROAS and scaling campaigns
- Understanding of funnels, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
- Good communication and reporting skills
