Qualifications
- Experience 3 to 5 Years
- Strong digital campaign skills, including experience with social media marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and paid advertising on platforms like Google and Meta.
- Experience with content creation and management for digital channels, including basic copywriting and collaboration with designers for creatives.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools, marketing automation, and lead generation strategies for B2B and assisted digital models.
- Good understanding of fintech or digital payments domain, or strong interest in financial inclusion and agent-led service models.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or analytics are an advantage.
