About the Role
Role: Digital Marketing Executive (Growth & Performance)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive who can drive traffic, generate leads, and build a strong online presence for ConnectAgent.
This role is ideal for someone who understands SEO, paid ads, content strategy, and growth marketing, and wants to scale a global SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Performance Marketing
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Drive qualified traffic and lead generation through paid and organic channels
• Optimize campaigns for CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI
• Manage funnel performance: Traffic → Leads → Demo → Conversion
SEO & Organic Growth
• Perform keyword research and identify high-intent search opportunities
• Optimize website pages, landing pages, and blog content for SEO
• Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Build backlinks and improve domain authority
• Track rankings and continuously improve organic visibility
Content & LinkedIn Growth
• Plan and execute LinkedIn growth strategy (personal + company page)
• Create high-performing content (posts, carousels, hooks, storytelling)
• Build audience, engagement, and inbound leads through content
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, blogs, email)
Campaigns & Funnel Optimization
• Build and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Improve lead capture and nurturing workflows
• Work closely with sales team to align marketing with conversions
Email Marketing & Automation
• Create and manage email campaigns and drip sequences
• Segment users and personalize messaging
• Improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
• Work with automation tools to scale outreach
Analytics & Performance Tracking
• Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.
• Generate reports on traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance
• Continuously optimize based on data insights
Brand & Positioning
• Strengthen ConnectAgent’s positioning as a modern AI SaaS platform
• Work on messaging, use cases, and GTM strategies
• Collaborate with product and sales team for aligned communication
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and search intent
• Experience running paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
• Understanding of marketing funnels and SaaS growth metrics
• Hands-on experience with analytics and campaign optimization
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing
• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
• Experience with LinkedIn growth & personal branding
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, etc.)
• Basic understanding of AI tools for content and automation
Compensation & Benefits
