Digital Marketing Specialist (1+ Year Experience)
CodeMark.media is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. If you're passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media channels.
- Confidently appear on camera to create engaging videos, reels, and promotional content for our brand and clients. This is a key requirement for the role.
- Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality short-form and long-form video content.
- Create content calendars and manage day-to-day social media activities.
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and prepare reports.
- Support SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing tools.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and clients to deliver impactful campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other major social platforms.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating engaging video content. This is an essential requirement.
- Experience in shooting and editing videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
- Knowledge of content strategy, social media analytics, and campaign planning.
- Basic understanding of SEO and paid advertising is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
- A portfolio of social media content or video work is highly preferred.
