Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Daily responsibilities include managing social media platforms, coordinating online marketing initiatives, monitoring web analytics, and preparing performance reports. The role involves collaborating with content, design, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment with client objectives. The specialist will also stay current with digital marketing trends and tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting campaign results to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
