Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads.
- Optimize website and landing pages for traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Manage social media calendars, content, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and platform changes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and creativity.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and growth marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and HubSpot.
