Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Gurugram, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing online marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, optimizing web analytics, creating and executing digital strategies, coordinating marketing initiatives, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing strategies.
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing and familiarity with Web Analytics tools.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engagement with teams and external audiences.
- Ability to develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to drive engagement and results.
- Knowledge of current trends in marketing and technology.
- Experience in a similar role, with a proven ability to achieve KPIs, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
