We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in WhatsApp Business API setup, integration, and campaign management to drive customer engagement and marketing automation.
Responsibilities:
* Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API for marketing and customer communication.
* Create and manage WhatsApp campaigns, broadcasts, and automation workflows.
* Integrate WhatsApp API with CRM, website, and other marketing tools.
* Manage chatbots, auto-replies, and lead generation funnels.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and conversions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
* Experience with WhatsApp API, marketing automation, or digital marketing tools.
