We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with strong UGC content skills who understands how to create scroll-stopping ads that drive sales.
If you know how to turn UGC videos, creative hooks, and performance marketing insights into profitable campaigns, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms
Create and coordinate UGC style ad creatives for performance marketing
Write high-converting hooks, scripts and ad angles for paid campaigns
Work closely with the team to produce UGC videos, reels and short-form content
Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns to improve CTR, CPA and ROAS
Test different creative formats, hooks and messaging to find winning ads
Analyze campaign performance and scale high-performing creatives
Stay updated with UGC trends, viral formats and ad creative strategies
What We're Looking For
Experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / UGC Marketing
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
Ability to conceptualize and script high-converting UGC ads
Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content
Creative mindset with data-driven marketing approach
Ability to quickly identify winning ad creatives and trends
