Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)
Location: Mohali (In-office)
Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM - Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Working days - Monday -Friday (We follow Biorev's US Holiday Calendar)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can take full ownership of our paid marketing channels and drive qualified leads at scale.
This role is focused on Google Ads, Google LSA, and Meta Ads, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, cost optimization, and conversion improvement.
You will be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end and continuously improving performance through data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display) and Google LSA campaigns
- Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Optimize cost per lead (CPL) and improve conversion rates
- Set up and manage conversion tracking and attribution
- Work on landing page optimization (CRO) to improve conversions
- Continuously test and iterate campaigns (A/B testing)
- Monitor campaign performance and take corrective actions
- Optimize Google My Business (GMB) for local visibility
- Coordinate with internal team or vendors for landing page execution (if needed)
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- Experience with conversion tracking tools
- Understanding of landing page optimization and funnel strategy
- Ability to analyze data and make quick decisions
Preferred:
- Experience with local service businesses (HVAC, home services, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM tools like ServiceTitan
- Experience managing lead generation campaigns
