We are seeking an experienced PPC Expert with 2+ years of hands-on experience in
managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads,
and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills,
campaign management expertise, and a deep understanding of performance
marketing strategies.
๐ Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across:

Google Ads

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

YouTube Ads
โ
LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
Monitor budgets and bid strategies effectively.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives.
Track conversions using Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking tools.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams for ad copy and visuals.
Stay updated with latest PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best
practices.
๐ Qualification & Skills
3+ years of proven experience in PPC and paid media management.
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves implementing and managing digital marketing strategies, overseeing online campaigns, analyzing web analytics data to optimize performance, and handling various digital marketing channels. The candidate will develop and execute robust social media and online marketing plans while working collaboratively with the marketing team to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Web Analytics to develop and optimize campaigns
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, with the ability to create and manage engaging content for platforms
- Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal, to effectively convey marketing messages
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and data to create actionable strategies
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
